The Role
This position is ideal for an enthusiastic hospitality duty manager or supervisor with experience in high-volume venues. We’re looking for someone who can think quickly, make decisive choices, and effectively lead large teams in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment. You’ll have incredible support from a talented manager who has risen through the ranks and truly loves what he does, providing a strong safety net to help you succeed in this role.

This company is offering 5 weeks annual leave with the opportunity to have 2 weekends off a month. They are very committed to making sure their teams have a great work-life balance, with regular 38-hour weeks, and even in the busy period of the year, no more than 42 hours are ever done with their full timers. Get your life back and enjoy time with friends and family. Roster is done way in advance and there are plenty of long standing and committed duty managers to do swaps if needed.
They are offering a competitive salary range of up to $115,000K + Super, affordable gym membership, free parking, $6K a year on meals and coffees in the venues.
