Our client is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to assume a pivotal leadership role within their venue. This opportunity is perfect for an individual prepared to step into overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including gaming, events, and food and beverage services, effectively serving as the key point of contact in the absence of the Venue Manager.

The Role

As the Duty Manager, you’ll be in control of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across all departments. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire venue, unifying teams, and making sure that every aspect, from gaming to food and beverage services, is aligned to deliver a great customer experience. You will be working closely with team leaders across various departments, ensuring that operations are seamless, customers are looked after and safety and compliance is at the forefront of your mind.

About You

They are looking for weapon duty managers to be the leaders of the venue and to lead and direct the large teams while engaging with the long-standing members. To succeed in this position, you’ll need a strong background in managing or supervising within large, multi-outlet venues. While previous gaming experience is not required, a solid understanding of hospitality operations is essential. You are a natural leader with the ability to unite teams and create a positive working environment.

You excel in fast-paced environments, consistently stepping in to support your team while leading by example. You are adaptable, proactive, and customer-oriented, with a sharp focus on operational details and a drive to enhance processes continuously.
