The Role
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to join their leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the daily operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Your Daily Routine Will Include
- Leading and mentoring the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Supporting the GM with recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Overseeing functions, events, and daily operations.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, licensing, and security requirements.
- Managing financial aspects such as budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Taking pride in elevating the venue’s reputation and driving its success.
