The Role
They are looking for someone who can troubleshoot issues, deal with disputes while running a large front-of-house team. You will be investigating issues, dealing with conflict resolution and all problem solving required across 2 venues. You will have overall knowledge of dealing with compliance and be able to confidently report any issues to senior management.
You will oversee two venues close to each other, ensuring every day is different, so you won’t get bored running the same venue daily. The role includes mixed shifts and three days off a week.
