This is where you come in. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to take charge of their beautiful property, inspire a talented team, and create that special service & ambience for the guests.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead by Example: Oversee dining and event operations, balancing hands-on involvement with strategic leadership. Show your team what great hospitality looks like.
- Be the Heart of the Venue: Engage with guests, listen to feedback, and ensure every visit leaves a lasting impression.
- Build an Incredible Team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a close-knit, motivated group who love what they do—and it shows.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the Executive Chef to create menus and dining experiences that surprise and delight.
- Drive Results with Heart: Monitor budgets, control costs, and find creative ways to grow revenue without compromising on quality.
- Create Memories That Matter: Lead a team that takes pride in delivering experiences that guests will remember and return for.
What You’ll Bring
- A background in managing premium dining and events, with a deep understanding of how to balance operational needs with guest expectations.
- Strong leadership skills and a natural ability to create a team culture where everyone feels valued and motivated.
- Financial expertise—you know your way around a P&L and can turn numbers into opportunities.
