Are you a dynamic and strategic leader ready to transform food & beverage experiences across a portfolio of high-end, standalone venues? We are seeking an experienced Group Food & Beverage Director to take the reins of a multi-venue operation.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong track record in innovative concept development and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will enhance dining standards, optimize operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead F&B Transformation: Spearhead the Food & Beverage and of course, events refining the already strong award-winning offerings across 20 high-end restaurants and bars.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Collaborate with chefs, venue managers, and senior hotel executives to inspire teams, drive improvements, and maintain the highest operational standards. You will be a hands-on leader who can engage directly with staff and operations on the ground.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop strategies to improve operational efficiencies, maximize profitability, and enhance guest experiences across all venues. Focus on creating dining experiences that resonate with locals and exceed expectations.
  • Market Relevance & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously innovate food and beverage offerings, and ensure each venue remains competitive and relevant in its market.
  • Local Market Focus: Each venue should be a destination in its own right, strongly focused on attracting local clientele and delivering more than just a hotel dining experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a proven F&B leader with a strong track record in managing multiple freestanding restaurants or premium dining venues. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can execute ideas on the ground, balancing high-level leadership with practical, hands-on involvement.

  • Experience & Expertise:
    • At least 8-10 years’ experience in leading multi-venue F&B operations, with a focus on freestanding or premium hospitality environments.
    • A blend of strategic vision and the ability to roll up your sleeves, working with teams on-site to implement changes and drive results.
    • Strong food and food & beverage, as well as events knowledge, is key, as many of the venues are beverage-led, requiring expertise in curating innovative beverage programs, and Events are a key revenue driver.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams, inspire growth, and foster collaboration across multiple venues.
    • Adept at influencing change within both kitchen operations and the front of house, ensuring teams are aligned with the overall F&B strategy.
  • Commercial Acumen:
    • Strong financial management capabilities, focusing on boosting profitability through operational efficiencies, menu development, and cost control.
    • Analytical mindset, able to evaluate performance metrics and implement strategies aligning with customer satisfaction and financial objectives.
  • Travel & Flexibility:
    • The role requires regular travel across the portfolio, with a visible presence at each venue to maintain hands-on leadership.
    • Ability to work both remotely and on-site, balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day operational involvement.

What We’re NOT Looking For

  • Someone focused solely on concept creation without a clear operational background.
  • traditional hotel F&B manager without significant freestanding restaurant experience.
