The Venues
This is a very well-known and on-trend Sydney restaurant group with their venues located close to the CBD and Eastern Sydney suburbs. Close to public transport and parking so easily accessible These are food-driven venue, focused on delivering fun and relaxed dining experiences, perfect for long lunches and elegant dinner catch-ups.

Food style
The food ranges from classic flavours of Mediterranean & middle Eastern to Modern Australian, keeping it simple and fresh, on the lighter side. Lots of fresh ingredients and high end produce leading to crowd-pleasers!
The current menu works well, and the locals love it so the menu doesn’t change much! The Chef will have a chance for true creativity with the owners who are positive, supportive and experienced hospo operators. While they have set some guidelines, they are also very open to this chef taking the reins!
The Team
You will be in charge of 2 kitchen teams of around 15-18 chefs in the kitchen and a small team of kitchen hands.
The Role
The client is looking for someone who:
• A team player, down to earth, low ego, and a good communicator
• Comes from a quality cooking background, Mediterranean / middle eastern cookery experience is preferred
• Is very hands-on and loves to use in-season produce
• Knows how to mentor or train kitchen staff, develop future leaders
• Leads by example and takes charge
• Is calm and organized in a busy environment
• Is determined to prove and establish themselves as a serious chef
• Computer skills and an understanding of food/wage costing essential
The salary on offer is up to $130k + Super and company perks.
