You’ll be using good quality local produce and cooking dishes executed to a high standard for both venues. Furthermore, this company is well established, giving you enviable job security.
The Team
The company is guided by a renowned Executive Chef with experience in prestigious hatted restaurants. He plays an active role in menu planning for all venues and is instrumental in shaping and strengthening the brand’s esteemed reputation.
Meanwhile, the management team has worked together for many years, and is a professional and motivated team. They believe in direct and honest communication. You’ll have a supportive management team who is always looking out for staff members.
There are enough chefs on the roster to cover all the busy service sessions.
