The Role
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take the helm of this new venture, from pre-opening to full-scale operations. This role requires an individual with strong expertise in rooms division, revenue management, and operational leadership, with a focus on driving profitability and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel operations, including rooms, reservations, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Drive commercial success through effective revenue and occupancy management.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including external catering partners, a dedicated revenue management consultancy, and an experienced club-based executive team.
- Maintain brand integrity, ensuring all operational aspects align with premium service standards.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Strategic planning and budgeting, ensuring financial objectives are met and exceeded.

An accomplished hospitality leader with extensive experience as a General Manager, EAM, or Rooms Division Manager in properties of 140+ rooms, this individual brings a strong background in rooms division management, optimising operations and maximising revenue. With a proven track record in pre-opening projects, they have successfully launched and scaled hotel operations, demonstrating their ability to drive strategic growth.
Adept at working in multi-stakeholder environments, they balance diverse interests while ensuring hotel performance aligns with commercial objectives. Commercially astute, they focus on strategic revenue management and operational efficiencies, leveraging expertise in industry-standard systems such as Opera Cloud and Delphi. Their ability to navigate an integrated hotel model and collaborate with existing infrastructure and teams makes them an ideal fit for a dynamic and evolving hospitality environment.
