Operations Manager Role Scope

Your role will be as varied as it is rewarding. You’ll start by managing multiple sites and pop-up kiosks, later overseeing your own store. With its unique setup, it will be a go-to destination for both fast service and a customer-centric retail experience. You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics behind these openings, from ensuring a smooth supply chain for fresh ingredients to managing deliveries, inventory control, and staffing schedules.

A major focus of the role will be managing logistics, particularly as the company grows. You’ll be responsible for optimizing supply chains and coordinating smoothly between the new production facility and the venues. Your operational and project management skills will ensure efficient venue operations, while your leadership will motivate and guide the team. Additionally, you’ll be key in recruiting top talent and preparing for the production facility’s launch.

Leadership, Logistics, and Recruitment Responsibilities

This role demands a leader who can wear many hats, from operations to team management and logistics. You’ll oversee the supply chain from the production facility to the venues, ensuring the timely arrival of fresh pasta and ingredients, and manage efficient stock and resource allocation to minimise waste.
