The Roles
We are looking for leaders—people who can turn a vision into reality. We’re seeking a Venue Manager, an F&B Manager, and a Bar Manager to join us as we take this exciting step forward. These roles aren’t just about managing a team; they’re about leading with heart, inspiring others, and ensuring that every guest walks away with a story to tell.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Venue Manager: As the Restaurant Manager you’ll be expected to run the show all while maintaining a first-class style of service. It’s all the bells and whistles under one roof. It’s about knowing what the customer wants and needs before they even know. It’s training, leading and mentoring your equally passionate team to ensure the highest standards are always met.
You must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with solid experience in similar premium venues. A down-to-earth leadership style is essential, along with a natural ability to connect with people. You’ll need to be confident working with your team, keeping them motivated and composed during busy services.
Ideally, you’ll have a cool temperament while maintaining happy staff and customers. We are looking for someone with a really warm, engaging, and welcoming personality—someone who can make all guests feel comfortable and want to come back again and again.
This is a very open role for anyone with the right attitude and enthusiasm to succeed. You will naturally come from a background of high-end restaurant management with a focus on customer experience, looking for a job that offers a chance to work autonomously like it’s your own venue, as well as an opportunity for work/life balance.
- F&B Manager: You’ll be an experienced F&B Manager with an eye for detail and the opportunity to engage and exceed customer expectations. You will come from a similar-level venue with a flair for creating exceptional food and beverage experiences across all outlets—someone who thrives on a challenge and enjoys developing a close-knit team.
A hands-on approach is vital for this role, someone who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up and getting involved with every aspect of the business, setting the bar and showing empathy with the staff.
The successful candidate will also have a strong business sense, a thorough understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and presenting weekly figures meetings is essential. This role requires a true people person—someone passionate about the industry who thrives on building exceptional guest relationships.
- Bar Manager: You’ll thrive on large-scale operations. Experience working in a high-volume, quality cocktail bar is essential. You’ll be responsible for not only the day-to-day running of the bar but also back-of-house duties, such as stocktaking, rostering, ordering, etc.

Ideally, you’ll have experience as a bar supervisor or manager with strong cocktail knowledge. Someone who is well-groomed and enjoys the social aspect of hospitality. This is a premium, fun and professional environment, so this would suit someone who enjoys that fast and fun approach to work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong personality, confidence in managing a large bar, excellent organizational skills, and a dynamic presence to handle any situation.
