About the Role
The state-of-the-art pool and gym facilities are the heart of the recreational offerings, and we’re looking for a dedicated professional to oversee their operation and contribute to the strategic growth of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of our pool and gym facilities, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our recreational services, attract new clientele, and boost overall business growth.
- Customer Experience: Continuously seek new ways to improve the guest experience, creating unique and engaging recreational programs that set us apart from the competition.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of recreation staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Business Growth: Analyze market trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities for new services and programs, driving revenue and enhancing our hotel’s reputation as a premier destination.
About You
This would suit someone from either a hotel background who’s already specializing in this area of the business, or a recreation manager, either from a gym or sports centre background.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and guest satisfaction
