What We’re Looking For
A Restaurant General Manager who’s more than just a great operator. You’re someone with natural substance and experience, having led the front of the house at top-tier restaurants or boutique venues. You’re not just a manager but a leader with vision and drive, someone who knows how to inspire a team and deliver consistently excellent guest experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all front-of-house operations, setting the standard for outstanding service
- Build, mentor, and inspire a strong, motivated team through thoughtful hiring, training, and ongoing development
- Partner with our Executive Chef to ensure every dish and guest interaction is seamless and memorable
- Be the approachable face of our restaurant, making every guest feel welcome and valued
- Manage budgets, track costs, and drive revenue without ever compromising on quality
- Foster strong relationships with the local community, driving loyalty and local business
- Oversee the smooth transition of our café from a charming daytime spot to a cozy, relaxed evening venue
- Lead the expansion of our outdoor seating, enhancing the overall guest experience
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in managing high-end restaurants or boutique dining venues
- A people-first mindset with the ability to create a positive, supportive work environment
- A deep understanding of the financial side of running a restaurant—balancing budgets, driving sales, and controlling costs
- Expertise in delivering outstanding guest experiences with a keen eye for detail
- An ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
- A natural talent for leading teams and inspiring others to deliver their best
