This will be an iconic destination venue where people are wined and dined, in one of the best wine regions NSW has to offer. This is a brand-new boutique hotel, offering guests a luxury country stay with a high-end dining experience.

The Kitchen
There is a fully equipped, brand-new commercial kitchen tailored to delivering a fine dining experience. The venue will work with local suppliers to ensure the best produce is sourced locally.
The venue has two main areas: the restaurant, which will focus on dinners, and the bar, which will provide share plates and more casual meals. It will be a seven-day-per-week operation with boutique accommodation, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The Role
The client is looking for someone with a technical background who has moved up the ranks as a senior chef de partie or junior sous chef, advancing to sous chef, or a sous chef seeking a change of scenery in a supportive and less chaotic environment.
What the client is looking for:
- Hatted or similar experience preferred but not essential
- Someone who has a drive for excellence and wants to push the boundaries with cooking from local suppliers
- Good mentor or guidance with their team, problem solver and dynamic
- Experience cooking with wood fire and charcoal
