The Role
This managerial role demands a friendly, engaging, and warm personality, with a strong service-oriented mindset and expertise. Ideally, candidates should have experience in a high-quality restaurant or a reputable food and beverage pub. This is a chance to be part of an exciting new opening and work closely with the F&B Manager, collaborating ideas and displaying restaurant acumen will be integral. They are looking for a service-driven Venue Manager who still has that passion for the industry.
This would suit a manager who understands quality food service — big picture-wise, but also has a hands-on approach. Having a background in similar quality busy venues, who strives for attention to detail while maintaining a sense of fun, would be ideal.
The successful candidate would need to have:
- Engaging approach to member and staff relations
- Hands-on leadership style
- WSET is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Direct and modern leadership
- Knowledge and experience across Food and Beverage
