The Role
An exciting and hands-on role to open and run a high-volume gastro pub and sports bar within this large establishment. A busy, big capacity venue that is due to be extremely welcomed and well-received by the local community. They are looking for someone who is front-of-house focused with strong service and leadership skills.
You will be responsible for fostering strong team morale, enhancing staff performance, and ensuring exceptional service. The venue is set to open early next year, but we need someone to lead it to success during the initial phase to guarantee a smooth opening. We are aiming for a November start date.
