A dedication to operational excellence and strategic leadership has marked Ammit’s journey in hospitality. With formal education from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality from Carrick Education, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Ammit began his career at the renowned Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, where he quickly distinguished himself through his strong leadership and operational management skills.

Over 18 years at Blue Fish Seafood Restaurant, he rose to the position of General Manager, where he mastered the complexities of large-scale hospitality operations. He was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from optimizing operational efficiency to driving financial performance and leading cross-functional teams. His ability to balance operational demands with strategic vision allowed him to lead the restaurant to sustained success.

After his tenure at Blue Fish, Ammit spent a year as a Hospitality Consultant, providing businesses with targeted solutions to enhance their overall performance. His experience managing front—and back-of-house operations and strong leadership enabled him to help companies streamline processes and improve profitability.

Ammit loves bringing people together outside of work through his passion for cooking and fine wine. He often hosts dinner gatherings for friends and family. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find him following the latest Formula 1 races or enjoying a good game of cricket, two of his favourite ways to unwind.
