Jessica Harris

With a Drama degree under her belt, this Welsh born lady isn’t shy to take on a new challenge or step into a new limelight. With over 10 years of working in Hospitality, starting as a host assistant for the Jamie Oliver brand, she soon climbed up the ranks to Management; conducting training and taking part in new openings all over the UK. Catching the travel bug in 2014, she packed up and left Wales soil to transfer to Jamie Oliver’s Australia; managing the openings and training the Host teams across the country. With experience in Merivale and other Hospitality companies over the years, Jess is a huge foodie who understands the industry intimately and always likes to try new restaurants. Completing a Marketing degree and becoming an Australian citizen has been enough to keep Jess busy. She also enjoys cooking, spirituality and wellness, going to the gym and learning how to DJ.
